    Valentines Day is just around the corner!!! A day filled with flowers, cards, romance, and spending time with your special someone. While that is wonderful, especially if you have a ‘special someone’, it often times leaves many people feeling lonely if they don’t have someone to share this day with, or even disappointed if your loved one isn’t exactly the ‘romantic type’.

    If that sounds familiar, I’ve got great news for you! The very author of love LOVES YOU, and His name is Jesus!


    I know we have all heard the saying “Jesus loves You” more times than we can count, but I want you to get a revelation of this truth. It’s more than just a bumper sticker, or a cliche saying used to make someone’s day brighter. The very creator of this universe loves you so much that He thinks of you daily. In fact, He calls you by name!

    Before you were even born, He knew you. Jeremiah 1:5 says that He created you in your mother’s womb and He has a plan and purpose for you. He cares about every detail of your life. In fact in Luke 12:7, He said that He knows the number of hairs on your head! Just think of that… He knows everything about you down to the number of hairs on your head!

    It may be hard to believe the love that He has for you because of something that has happened in your life that has made it hard for you to trust His love for you. Maybe you don’t “feel” His love, or maybe you’ve never really experienced His love for you personally.

    If any of those sound familiar, I know what your going through! I have certainly experienced all of those situations. In fact, I am still learning more about His unconditional love every day, and I believe it will take a lifetime to even begin to understand the great depth, height, and length of God’s love for us.

    However, in my quest to know God’s great love, I have come to realize that Christ’s love for us is that it is there whether we feel it emotionally, whether we deserve it, or whether we believe or receive it. The greatest act of love that has or ever will be displayed is when God sent his only son to die for you and I so we could have a close, intimate relationship with Him. Nothing can or ever will change that act of love He demonstrated for you.

    So on a day where love is celebrated by many, I encourage you to seek God’s love for you. All you have to do is get quite for a moment and ask Him to show you. You are always on His mind…And He is always ready to show you! Often times it’s us who don’t give Him the time, or open up our hearts to receive His love. Despite all of our actions though, I can promise you that The One that created you is waiting to pour out His love on you.

    No height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. ~ Romans 8:39

    About a year ago I started journaling while reading my bible. I would simply write down whatever came to mind, or whatever I felt God was showing me and/or teaching that day. It didn’t take long before I was able to see a consistent pattern developing in what God was speaking to me, and it was only through journaling that I was able to capture the beautiful portrait that God was creating in my heart.

    The only problem that I found with my journaling was that there was no structure to it. When it comes to spending time with God is perfectly alright in many ways. However, I’m certainly a person that craves organization, and the one thing that I found was that it was very hard for me to find ‘certain’ journal entries when I went back to look for them.

    If you’ve been following my Daily Dish posts, you know that I recently started going to a new church that just launched called, New Generations! It’s been amazing so far, and I am really growing in so many areas! One of which is in the area of performing for God. I have really struggled with this in my past, instead of just accepting His unconditional love and grace for me.

    That being said, one of the best sermons that I’ve heard so far was my pastor’s teaching on self-feeding. He talked about a specific way of journaling called SOAP. He explained that this type of journaling has radically transformed the way he views spending time with God, and that it made him very excited to see what God was going to show him every day.  After seeing some of the benefits journaling has had in my own life, I was instantly intrigued!

    So, here’s how the SOAP method of journaling works…

    After spending time in the Word I pray that God would lead me to a specific verse or portion of scripture. For me, that alone has been pretty amazing, because I’ve been finding that scriptures that I would have normally passed by seem to jump off the page at me! This is the scripture (or portion of scriptures) that I write down for the “S” in my journal.

    The “O” is my observation of that verse, or how the Lord is bringing light to that verse for me.

    Next, I spend a few minutes meditating on that scripture, and trust that the Holy Spirit is going to show me specifically how that scripture is applicable to my life, which is the “A” in my journal entry.

    Last but not least is the “P” which stands for prayer. I take a moment and write out a prayer as it relates to what God has shown me that day.

    Here’s a quick example of how a SOAP journal entry might look (Note: This is not an actual journal entry of mine):

    S (Scripture): “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” ~Philippians 4:13

    O (Observation): There is nothing that I can’t do with Christ living in me, because He gives me strength for anything that comes my way.

    A (Application): Yesterday I was really doubting being able to accomplish the huge project I was working on, but I need to remember that the Word of God does not lie, and it says that I can do ALL things through Christ, and that means ALL things, even my project!

    P (Prayer): “Lord please forgive me for relying on my own strength when trying to accomplish things. Ultimately I know that when I depend on myself I will be let down, and short circuit your strength and power working in me. Help me to remember this verse when I’m tempted to doubt my abilities, and help me to rely upon your strength. Help me to remember that you promised that I can do anything with your help! In Jesus Name, Amen.”

    My walk with God has been impacted in so many ways since I started this type of journaling a few months ago.

    Instead of having a thousand thoughts running through my mind after I spend time in the Word, I now find myself more focused, meditating on a specific Word for that day. It’s almost like I have a specific portion of scripture to chew, digest, and sustain me for the day….I guess that’s why it’s referred to as our daily bread!

    It’s also improved my relationship with God because I am able to make clear connections to what He is speaking to me. I do this by titling each journal entry with a few key words that explain what He led me to that day. This allows me to easily back track to a particular scripture, and how it applies to me.

    That way, when I find myself needing to be reminded of a specific promise, teaching, or word that He has shown me, I am able to flip right to it! This is also great when I’m trying to minister to other people, because I am able to look up a certain promises as they relate!

    On that note, I want to add that there are many ways to go about journaling, and spending time in the Word of God, so I am not saying this is the only way to spend time meditating on the Word, or that it is necessarily what’s right for you. The Word of God is alive, powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword (Heb. 4:12). It will change your life no matter how you go about studying it! However, this is one way of really focusing on God’s promises, that has been powerful for me personally, so I thought I’d share it with all of you!!!

    Over the past few months, I’ve received many emails from people asking me how I’ve stayed on track with living a balanced lifestyle longterm, while not falling back into old unhealthy patterns. I’ve found that it’s pretty easy for people make the initial decision to change, but often times they have a very difficult time ’staying on track’, which leads to feelings of guilt, shame, and failure.

    I’ve come to realize that the question that everyone is truly asking is, how do I “get free” and “stay free?“ … (Really this can apply to any area of our lives where we are struggling to find freedom).

    First of all, if you have accepted Christ as your Savior, then Christ lives in you, which means that He has set you free from all forms of bondage and slavery to sin. In fact, in Galatians 5:1 says, “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.”

    However, it goes without saying that even though Christ lives in us, we will still experience trials because we live in a fallen world! So the question is, how do we possess the freedom that Christ provided for us while we live in this world?

    First let me start by saying that I wish I could say I have all the answers and never struggle with anything myself anymore…But in fact, there are times, especially when I get tired, stressed, or overwhelmed that I find that I’m much more likely to be tempted to fall back into my old way of thinking and doing things.

    So, although I do know that being tempted is a reality of living on this earth, the bible does promise us in 1 Corinthians 10:13 that, God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.” Therefore, we know that we can be the over-comers that God called us to be in the midst of temptations and trials, and here’s how…

    First of all, we need to look at what is happening on a daily basis when we find ourselves giving into tempation. Although it’s likely that we want to solve our problems as a whole, and therefore we want an answer that will fix or change us once and for all, we need to recognize when we are at our weakest in order to overcome sin when we are faced with it.

    The place we need to start is to recognize satans schemes. Satan is constantly working over-time to get us out of the fruits of the spirit which are peace, joy, love, gentleness, and self control, in order to get us into feelings of fear, doubt, stress, anxiety, etc. When he succeeds in getting us out of the leadership of the spirit, we start to get into our fleshly nature, which allows us to get over into temptation and sin.

    The good news is, with the Holy Spirit as our counselor, we don’t have to be subject to our flesh any longer. The first step to being over-comers is to ask the Holy Spirit to remind us when we are getting out of the fruits of the Spirit. When we recognize that we are doing so, we have to stop and ask ourselves why we are getting out of love, joy peace, etc.

    Is it something that we have control over and are able to change? If so, we should stop and make the choice to not let ourselves be ruled by our flesh. (Thats what Galatians 5:1 means when it says ’stand firm’….We have to make the choice to walk by the spirit and not get over into the negative emotions of our flesh!)

    On the other hand, if it’s something outside of our control, we still have to make the choice to stay in peace, joy, love, etc. regardless of our circumstances, because ultimately, it’s The Spirit of God who will guide us out of our current situation into a place of freedom!  So we must choose to walk with Him even in the midst of our trials, so He can lead us!

    As you can see, we have the choice every day whether we will choose to walk by the Spirit, or to let ourselves be controlled by our emotions and ruled by our flesh. When we start to let our minds get into fear, worry, doubt, etc. and get out of God’s love, joy, peace, gentleness, and self control, we are making the choice to get out from the leadership of the Holy Spirit, which makes it difficult to resist temptation, (because lets face it, we can’t do much using our own strength!)

    I am in no way perfect myself, but I know the One who is perfect, and He is building me day by day.  When I find that I am getting into worry, doubt, fear, stress, etc. I ask the Lord to help me stand firm in His peace, joy, love, etc. I make the choice to reign in my emotions, and cast my cares over on the Lord. It’s truly amazing, because by doing so, I find that things that used to tempt me no longer even affect me. That’s how He changes us, one day at a time, from glory to glory! :)

    All this being said, don’t allow yourself to get into condemnation if you do fall…For there is no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus! After all, we are ALREADY RIGHTEOUS regardless of our actions because of what Jesus has done for us…It is Him who has made us right with God!!!

    Simply get back up and ask the Lord to help you do better next time, and realize that each day His mercies are new! Start to see yourself as a victor and over-comer, because In Christ you ARE, and you can do ALL things through Christ who lives in you!

    Have you ever had a thought that went something like this, “Wow…I wish I had that, looked like that, or had that ability or talent?” Chances are, you have… And whether you realize it or not, that thought stems from Jealousy. So your next thought may be, well since we all have thoughts like that, what’s the big deal? Jealousy is a very big deal…A much bigger deal that most of us even realize, and the bible has some very specific warnings about it.

    One of the verses that God used to show me how dangerous jealousy can be is found in James 3:14-16 which says, “But if you are bitterly jealous and filled with self-centered ambition, don’t brag. Don’t say that you are wise when it isn’t true. For jealousy and selfishness are not God’s kind of wisdom. For wherever there is jealousy and selfish ambition, there you will find disorder and every evil thing.”

    So what is this verse telling us?! Well, there are two important things that we are being taught…One is that when we think a jealous thought, or do something motivated by jealousy, we can’t say that we have wisdom. Jealousy and selfishness shows that we are not operating in the wisdom of God. The second thing we are being warned of is that when we open the door to jealousy, we are opening the door for disorder and every evil thing to operate in our lives. So you see, these thoughts inspired by jealousy are not something to mess around with…We have a clear instruction that it is not wise to be jealous, and that it opens the door to evil in our lives.

    So, how do we deal with this emotion and/or thoughts? First, as I talked about before, we have to recognize when we are having jealous or envious thoughts. We can do this by asking the Holy Spirit, (who is our helper and counselor), to show us when we are having these thoughts. When we recognize that we are having them, we must stop and realize where they are coming from, which is the devil. We must also recognize what he is trying to do with these thoughts, which is bring us to a place where we are opening the door to every evil work to come into our lives.

    After we recognize that we are having these thoughts and we recognize how destructive they can be, we must make the choice to take those thoughts captive and make them obedient to the truth of God’s Word. This is demonstrated in 2 Corinthians 10:5 where the Lord instructs us to, “Cast down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to make it obedient to Christ”

    We must replace these thoughts that lead to destruction with thoughts of truth. The bible tells us in Philippians 4:8 what kind of thoughts we should be focused on. “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.”

    A realistic way of thinking about whatever is pure, lovely, and worthy of praise when you are tempted with envy is to think about who you are in Christ! If you truly think about it, each person was designed with a specific purpose and destiny. Mine is different than anyone else’s, so there is no sense in being jealous of what anyone else has, looks like, or can do!

    If I find myself thinking envious thoughts, I stop them dead in their tracks, refusing to open the door to the enemy and every evil work. I take those thoughts captive, and make them obedient to the truth of God’s word, which says that I am accepted (Ephesians 1:3-8),I am secure (Philippians 1:6), I am significant (Ephesians 2:10), and I am loved by the creator of this world (1 John 4:19).

    So the next time you catch yourself having a thought that is related to jealousy, be aware of the dangers behind these thought patterns. Then make the choice to immediately to change your way of thinking! Choose to think about what God says about you, and make a choice to shut that door to the enemy and every evil work!

    Have you ever found yourself thinking, “If I could just lose those last 10 pounds…”, “If I could only get that promotion…”, ” If I could only have nicer things…”(and the list goes on). If you are living and breathing on this earth, then there’s a strong possibility that you’ve found yourself thinking these types of thoughts whether you realize it or not.

    As women, much of where we feel our ‘imperfections’ lie are discovered only after we measure ourselves against others. Often times, we may even feel like we ‘look pretty good’, or that ‘we’ve got great things going for us’ only to go outside of our homes and see someone who has something that we don’t. Suddenly, we find ourselves feeling dissatisfied, wishing that we could change or improve something about our lives.

    I’ve definitley been a victim to this way of thinking, and I’ve observed it in people all around me. The problem with this mentality is that it leads us to a place where we never feel ‘good enough’ no matter how we change, what we own, or what we weigh. Often times, even if we do finally reach ‘that goal’ that we’ve set out to reach, we may feel content for a short time, but often times, these feelings of inadequacy almost always find a way to creep back into our thinking.  This is sure to rob us of the joy of our present circumstances and the good things that are in our lives.

    This cycle of comparing and competing that so many of us get trapped in ultimately means we will always be able to find someone or something ‘better’ than what we currently have, which leads us to constant  feelings of discontentment. While doing this, we waste valuable time that we could be enjoying the progress that we have made, and realizing that we have come a long way from where we used to be!

    Now don’t get me wrong.  I’m not saying that there’s something wrong with wanting to improve areas of our lives and setting goals… But I’ve noticed that our society has a way of pushing beyond self-improvement to a place of striving, which ultimately stems from competing and comparing ourselves to others.

    I can testify that I have done this many times in my own life. After reaching many different goals that I’ve set out to fulfill, I have found that it didn’t take long before I would end up focusing on something or someone else that was just a few steps ahead of me. This would ultimately leave me feeling like I haven’t reached where I wanted to be just yet. Instead of taking the time to enjoy the progress that I had made, or just to be content with all the good things around me, I would allow these feelings of insufficiency to continue to drive me.

    It wasn’t long before the Lord began to deal with this mentality in me. He started by leading me to Galatians 6:4 in His word. This verse says, “Make a careful exploration of who you are, and the work you have been given, and then sink yourself into that. Don’t compare yourself to others.” Now, I know what your thinking…  ”Wow, this verse instructs that you need to stop comparing yourself to others!” However, I didn’t quite grasp this truth right away… It really took a good period of time of renewing my mind with the truth before I truly began to recognize that my feelings of jealousy and insecurity were doing nothing more than leaving me to suffer needlessly.

    Once I began to ask God to help me in this area, He began to show me that He made me perfectly and wonderfully complex! He brought me to verses that said, “He saw me before I was born and everyday of my life was recorded in His book, “ and that “Every moment of my life was laid out before a single day had passed!” (Psalm 139:16). Therefore, I realized that there was no need for me to anxiously strive, compare, or compete anymore, because the Lord has already planned out every day of my life for me.  He designed me with a specific purpose that only I could fulfill!

    I had a revelation that all we really have to do is come to God every morning and ask, “Lord what would you have me do with this day of life that you have given me?” And from there, all we need to do is sink ourselves into that, setting our daily goals based on what the Lord has instructed us to do!  And then we REST knowing he will instruct us and show us the next step to take.

    Another neat thing about changing this way of thinking is that it frees up our time and our mind from thinking about ourselves and what ‘we don’t have’ to focusing on others and ways that we can bless them (which is what life is all about after all!).

    If you’ve ever found yourself in a place where you feel like you just aren’t measuring up, here is a prayer that I wrote in down in my journal that has really helped me when I find myself struggling with feelings of inadequacy, jealousy, or dissatisfaction, (which is ultimately designed to keep us from enjoying the life that God has planned for us!)

    “Holy Spirit, I pray that you would show me when I’m comparing myself to others, and to bring back these truths back to my remembrance when I’m tempted to compare myself with others, and feel like I’m not quite ‘good enough’ yet. I ask you Lord to please show me the work that you have for me, and I pray that you would help me to sink myself wholeheartedly into that and to be content while following your plan for me! I thank you Lord for making me so wonderfully complex and for laying out every single day of my life before I was born. I thank you that I am precious to you, and that you love me just as I am right now. Please help me to see myself as you see me, In Jesus Name, Amen!”

    When I was about 14 years old I was the ‘typical’ teenage girl. I enjoyed sleepovers with my friends, flirting with boys, and I was even on my high schools cheer team! I was pretty carefree, much like a teenager should be…Until one day, that sense of being ‘young and free’ suddenly came to a screeching halt when a boy came up to me at school, and handed me a picture he drew. It was a picture of the backside of a woman who was severely overweight, and busting out of her clothes. (Take note, I was a pretty average size teen at the time).

    As I sat there looking at the drawing, I still remember the words that came out of his mouth… He looked at me laughing and said, “I want you to know that that is what you look like from behind.” It was at that very moment that I suddenly went from a ‘carefree’ young woman, unaware up until that point of my body, to believing a lie that would have me in a bondage for the next 8 years of my life.

    From the age of 14 to when I was 21 years old, I began down a road of eating disorders, that would manifest themselves in different forms. As I attempted to control my weight I ran from one thing or another, and as I did, my weight fluctuated from extremly low, to high, and everything in between. However, It never really mattered what I weighed, because the weight was just a reflection of what was taking place in my heart.

    You see, at the very moment that boy showed me an image of what he thought I ‘looked like’ I set out to control the very area of my life where I had accepted a lie. I didn’t realize it at the time, but at that moment satan was using an person to instill a lie into my mind.The bible says in John 8:44 that satan is the father of lies. His purpose was to make me believe a lie, so he could use it to carry out his plans for my life, to kill and destroy me.

    But God had other plans for my life, and I am so very thankful that His plans for me are to prosper me, and to give me a hope and a future!

    After many desperate attempts to find freedom on my own, I finally came to a place where I realized that I was not living the abundant life God had talked about in His Word. I saw in 3 John 3:2 that God wished above all else that I would enjoy good health and that I would prosper. I knew that I was not experiencing the health or prospering of my soul that God was desiring for me.

    I started to read the bible more and more, and see that He had so many promises that related to living in peace, joy, and freedom. I knew that I wanted to experience these things, especially in the area of my eating habits and my weight, but I didn’t know how to realistically get what was on the pages of the bible to manifest in my life.

    As I began to seek God on this subject, He began to reveal that the changes I was hoping for on the outside truly had to begin on the inside of me. The change had to take place in my mind, and my heart, before it would start to show in my physical body.

    My path to freedom began as I began to surrender my life, and everything in it to the Lord. I first of all had to release the control of my body over to the one who created it! I figured that if He made me, than He certainly knew how to take care of my body better than I did!

    The next step, was renewing my mind. Once I realized that the mess I was in for many years of my life all began by believing lies….I knew that I would have to renew my mind with the Truth…which is the word of god in order to truly be set free and experience true joy and peace.

    I started renewing my mind by asking God to show me who he created me to be, in His Word. He led me to 1 Corinthians 10:31 which says, “whether you eat or drink, do it all for the glory of god”. I knew then that He truly did care about every area of my life, even what I ate and drank! I also knew that I wanted to do what the second part of this verse says, which was to give Him glory with my body and how I treated it!

    He also led me to the verse in Matthew 6:25 that says, “Do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body.” I realized that I had spent years believing the lies satan would flood my mind with…Which led to a life controlled by fear and worry about food, my weight, and how I looked. That didn’t mean that God wanted me to stop taking care of myself all together, but He did want me to stop having anxious or fearful thoughts about food and my body.

    After God had begun the transformation in my heart and mind, I sought God on how to balance it out by taking care of the physical part of me. I sought Him on every area of my health, including how much I should exercise, what and how much I should eat, and even how much i should weigh.

    I can now honestly say that I am completely FREE! I’m free  from any disordered mindset about my food, my body or my weight… And it is only because I surrendered them to the Lord, and I was transformed by the renewing of my mind. I tried many other routes to freedom, but He is the only way. The neat thing is, He not only helps you get out of your mess, but He RESTORES what was broken, and gives you back the time that was lost in such an awesome way!

    It’s truly amazing to stand back and see what the Lord has done in my life as I surrendered (and continue to surrender) anything and everything He shows me to give over to Him!  God has taught me so much that I find myself enjoying food, listening my body, and feeling more free than I ever thought possible because of His leading!

    The neat thing is…That’s how faith works with everything! The more you give over over to God, and trust Him, the more freedom and joy you find! It might not make sense at all to your brain, (it’s not supposed to…It’s faith and trust!) But suddenly you wake up and realize you are more free, than you ever could have been based on doing things your way!

    This is true for each and every one of you as well. Whether you’ve been facing an ongoing issue with your weight, or you find yourself living in bondage to anything, or you even have past hurts that just don’t seem to heal, know that God has a life of freedom provided for you filled with joy,  peace,  and freedom.

    If we begin by recognizing that we need him, and surrendering control to him, he can heal, mend and repair any brokenness better than we ever could in our own strength. The next step is to realize areas that we have believed lies in the past, and begin to renew our minds with the truth of the word of god…because it is that knowledge of truth that ultimately sets us free. God will do a good work in you, and change you from the inside out as you pursue and seek his will for your life.

    Remember, there is an enemy that is real, and he comes to steal kill and destroy us, and he does this by planting lies into our lives…But the good new is, Jesus came so we could have abundant life! The only thing standing in the way between the plans satan has for you, and the abundant life jesus provided, is your choice to surrender everything to Him, and renew your mind with his love letter to you.

    Have you believed a lie in some area of your life? (Know that lies can come in the form of a person saying something, or even in your own internal thoughts.) If you have received anything less than what God promises in His word, which is an ABUNDANT life (John 10:10), then there is a chance you have. Recognize the source of that lie and refuse to take it anymore! Let God renew your mind with His truth and begin to believe what He says about you starting today!

    I met up with an amazing young woman the other day who is beginning her weight loss journey. As we were talking and sharing stories, I told her about some of the key things that ‘finally’ brought me to a place of health and balance. One of those things was renewing my mind with The Word of God.

    I’ll never forget, one night as I was laying in bed, I heard the scripture Proverbs 4:20-22 so clearly in my heart. I was so excited to read what it said, that I literally jumped out of bed! When I opened up my bible I read these words that would forever impact my life:

    20 My son, pay attention to what I say;
    turn your ear to my words.
    21 Do not let them out of your sight,
    keep them within your heart;
    22 for they are life to those who find them
    and health to one’s whole body.

    God revealed to me that in order for me to find true health for my whole body, I had to keep the Word of God, and what He said about me before my eyes. I started looking up scriptures, and asked God to give me hope for things that I was believing for. I began to write them down in a journal, but realized that shortly after writing them down, I often wouldn’t look at them again.

    That was when I decided to write the scriptures on notecards and tape them up everywhere that I would see them! I posted the notecards around my room, (on my mirror, by my nightstand), in my car, in my school folders, wherever I could ‘keep them in front of my eyes’. This also played a crucial role in me renewing my mind, because I was able to combat the lies of this world with the Truth of God’s Word, which is obviously a task, especially at first.

    It eventually became much easier to keep the truth of what I was believing for in the forefront of my mind, as it got rooted deep in my heart. I soon began to believe what He said about me more than what I was experiencing at the moment. I started to see myself as healthy, balanced, and whole in my heart, and I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that I would reach that place, because I knew God promised it to me, and I know that He never breaks His promises!

    I still write bible verses on notecards to this very day on whatever I’m believing God for! It’s so awesome to get into my car for example, and I see a verse that brings me right back to trusting my Father after a crazy busy day!

    I encourage you to ask God to give you scripture for whatever you are having a hard time believing for. Maybe you’ve tried and failed many times in the area of ‘getting healthy‘….Well guess what, I’ve got good news! The Lord wants you to live a long healthy life on this earth, and for you to feel great about your weight!

    How do I know you may ask!?! Because He has shown me so many precious promises that says He does!  Seek God about what you are believing for, and write the scriptures down on note cards or a sticky note! Post them all around your house…Keep His Word before your eyes…And speak it out until it gets rooted deep in your heart and you believe it! I am living proof that Proverbs 4:20-22 works, and I can promise that it will produce life and health for your body too!
